By Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia

Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah who today holds the record of a Man that always identifies with the youths especially as it concerns youth development ,has called for a new order that will move our youths from what he called idle streets to ideal sectors of
the economy.

Ubah while responding to questions by
pressmen at Oraifite in Anambra State after the Church service of late Offor stated that

" we can convert our unemployed youths into social value through a deliberate policy intervention that will locate and relocate our them from idle streets of unemployment to ideal sectors of employment that beg for youthfulness which our active youths can fill if
 properly engaged " he said.

The Anambra State born thinker Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah stated that we do not need rocket science to dothis. According to him,

"we don't need rocket science to achieve this, all we need do is to clearly set our targets and pursue it as if our lives depend on its success.Today, the rate of unemployment among our youths is overwhelming and it calls for concern. If we cannot solve this danger facing us as a people, the danger will continue to pose a quandary to our system " he said.

Ubah who said that everyday, he sleeps and wakes up thinking on how to solve unemployment crisis among our youths through job creation, stated that the crisis needs institutional synergy between Private and Public entities.

"I sleep and wake up thinking on how to createjobs and solve youth unemployment crisis which has become systemic. Most times, I even over-staff my private organizations just to reduce unemployment, but it still doesn't solve the problem. We need synergy between the private sector and government institutions in order to nip this in the bud. Cross-pollination of ideas can solve or reducethe problem. It is wrong for we to continue to behave as if nothing is wrong . Ubah said.

Ubah who will lead the victorious FC Ifeanyi Ubah to a statewide trophy parade this week Wednesday (23rd November) where the team and fans will take off from
their base at FC Ifeanyi Ubah Stadium Nnewi to Awka where they will at first take the trophy to Anambra state Governor Chief Dr.  Willie Obiano before moving round the state with the trophy stated that our society will benefit when we collectively advance towards the direction that will advance the course that will better the lots of our youths.

"Converting our youths into assets through a deliberate policy intervention, is an economic stimulus to any Nation that wants to succeed and more reason we must take this very seriously here " Ubah submits.

The man behind the diversification of Nigerian economy through merit
driven system with major focus on job creation
and attainment of economic goals, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah stated
that his vision is to be part of this paradigm shift that
will champion wealth creation as an offshoot of job creation that will transmute our youths into social assets.

 Hear
him;
"My vision is to see a system where people do notneed to know me or anyone before getting a job. I want a merit driven system where our youths can have that job because he or she can do the job and
not because he or she has the connection or knows influential people" he said.
