Why I donated the book titled " The Politics of Biafra and The Future of Nigeria " to Nigeria Universities libraries ~ Ifeanyi Ubah.

The Anambra State born human capital developer Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has explained why he did not only buy for himself the above mentioned book during its launch and public presentation at Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Centre, Abuja on September 29th 2016 ,but donated same to Nigeria Universities libraries.

The Publisher of the fastest growing Newspapers "The Authority Newspapers" stated that he believed that shielding our youths from the historical events of our lives as a Nation and a people, posed great danger to our collective future.

According to the outspoken innovator, " any Nation that is shying away from educating her citizens about her past is a Nation that will be faced with a future threatened by lack of historical accounts, an antithesis to the future development of our Nation" he said.

The book authored by Hon Chudi Offordile (former member, Federal House of Representatives) had many Nigerians of different regions and religions Assemble at Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Centre on September 29th during the book presentation.
It was a gathering that had many Northerners and Southerners converge in one hall.

Ubah who went on to say that higher Institutions are knowledge cooking pot of any Nation and as such that our school libraries deserve this book than our private libraries so that our youth and students can be connected with our past success and some of our failures as the quest to reinvent our future for the better is being intensified.

"According to the author of the book Hon Chudi Offordile, 'The book : "The Politics of Biafra" is a reflection of the importance of history in addressing present realities and future co-existence of Nigeria's multi ethnic society...".                                     This takes me to why our students should have access to this book.

"We can't be talking about using historical accounts of our past to positively influence our today and future without considering the place of our students. Donating this book by Hon Chudi Offodile to our school libraries is part of my desired contribution for a better society " Ubah added.

" Our school should be the knowledge cooking pot of our Nation and as such deserves this book the more" .

"You see, Hon Offodile has through this book opened unavoidable National Conversation which we must not shy away from and I appreciate him for doing that " Ubah said

It is of note that Dr Ifeanyi ubah while launching the book, donated copies to Universities libraries that our students may have access to our past.

Ubah who attracted West Ham united to his Alma Mater Okongwu Memorial grammar School Nnewi where the  London based Football club donated cash to the school last month stated the importance of the book to our students during its launching and donating same before the gathering at Abuja.
