The issue of who is the right candidate of PDP for Onitsha Federal Constituency which Hon Emeka Idu was declared as the rightful candidate of the party and the winner of the general election .
As it stand now, it is only Supreme Court that can alter the Appeal Court judgement.
It is also of note that the case is pre-election matter.
